After graduation from university, Beth’s business career was in Human Resources management for a multi-national organisation. She later became a management consultant and then served as a magistrate. She moved with her husband to the depths of the French countryside in 2007 and now works on their domaine with their animals, and as an author. Her current series: Fat Dogs and French Estates is regularly rated #1 Bestseller in several categories in Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com. Brutus, the ex-feral tabby on the left, joined them in 2010 and has been running the family ever since.

After graduating from university, Zoe’s career began in the Royal Air Force and subsequently in business in New Zealand.
